Marriages full of grace are important because we serve a God who is full of grace and we need to represent that. Our marriage is a testimony. It is a testimony to those we work with, our neighbors and those with worship with. Most importantly, our marriage is testimony to our children (grandchildren.)
In a twist of irony, we find that giving up our lives gives us the life we so desperately wanted all along. This is what happens when we stop playing “would you rather…” or other games with our relationship with Jesus Christ. When we push the games out of the way we can come to God broken and He can fill us up.
